One of the great things that drew me in, are the high contrast, and how important the choice of black and white really was here. Although the second man from the left (the singer?) has a face that could use some dodging; very lightly however. Just bring out his expression to the same level as the drummer's.
They appear to be either a band, a theatrical group or a music theater group. Either way, the captured moment, and their expressions all work very well. The framing works well too, except, I do find issue with the cutting them at the legs. Now it might be due to location and position, so I am not sure there could be something done there.
There is something that can easily be fixed though, and it is the dot on the left near the middle of the edge. It's a bit of light that is distracting and does not help! just a quick cloning out would do it. (alternatively, you could use the healing brush tool if you use photoshop).
One last thing that comes to mind, is whether a tighter crop was attempted. It is not necessarily better, I was simply wondering if you tried, and if not, if you would like the tighter version.
Overall, this is just a wonderfully executed photo. I am sure the performers in the photo would be very proud to have it!
Congratulations on a job very well done!
